Pas hari H saya stay saya berulang kali di telp oleh pihak hotel ditanya mau check in jam berapa, karna saya jalan² dulu jadi ya saya gak bisa memastikan. Sata kita ditelp terus itu karna saya bagian dari member accor plus tapi ternyata di telp terus karna dikira saya belum bayar, padahal saya udah melakukan pembayaran via trf dari H-1 tapi gak direspon, bahkan terlewat. Pas check in baru ditagih pembayaran dan baru dicek bahkan saya haru resend dulu bukti trf nya. Saran aja mungkin lain kali lebih aware ataupun dicek kalau ada WA yang masuk. Jangan sampe aja kejadian kamar dikasih ke oranglain karna dikira belum bayar.
